Social Networks

We are using Facebook, G+ and Yahoo Answers to communicate, share materials and schedule events. We are also using some web 2.0 tools such as Google docs for evaluations, Prezi for online presentations, and Blogger for e-portfolios.

Social networks can be beneficial for educational purposes but we have to bear in mind the 10 rules of netiquette and the dos and dont's when using social networks in order to have a good experience.

Prezi Presentations

Prezi Presentations is an online tool to make cool presentations on any topic.

We are using Prezi to make your presentation on technology, specifically on the digital device you have selected. The link for Prezi is www.prezi.com

You can use Prezi just by creating your Prezi account or by connecting it with your Facebook or G+ account.
Your account is free and you have a 30-day trial to download your Prezi presentations on your computer desktop. After that, you will be able to continue using Prezi online.

There are several templates you can select for an easy start. 
You can add photographs, graphs, videos and audio files to make your presentation more attractive.

Yahoo Answers!

Yahoo Answers! is a site where you can ask and answer questions to an English-speaking community.

How can you use Yahoo Answers?
You just need to go to http://answers.yahoo.com/ , create a Yahoo account or connect it with your Facebook or G+ account. Any question you ask may have multiple answers in the community and in the end, you can select the best answer to your question.
All the questions should be categorize according to their theme and specific topic so that other users can easily search for questions and answer them.
